Set up your workspace, create your bot, connect your content, and begin answering real customer questions instantly.

1. Create your workspace

Your workspace is where all documents, bots, settings and usage data live. When you sign up, we automatically create your first workspace so you can get started quickly.

2. Name your bot

Pick a name your team and customers recognise — something like Support Assistant,FAQ Assistant, or your brand name. You can change it later.

3. Teach your bot

Upload FAQs, help docs, price lists, menus, policies, PDF guides or anything else you’d give a new support agent. FAQBot learns directly from your material — no prompt engineering required.

4. Test answers

The chat console lets you ask questions the same way your customers do. Answers always include citations so you know exactly what the bot relied on.

5. Embed the widget

Drop one script tag into your website or portal and your bot becomes available to customers 24/7.
