Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of FAQBot, a product of Gator Labs Limited.

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using FAQBot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using FAQBot on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

2. Use of the service

You may use FAQBot to build and operate AI assistants based on your own content, subject to these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your account credentials secure.
  • Ensuring the content you upload does not infringe others' rights.
  • Complying with all laws and regulations applicable to your use.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use FAQBot to:

  • Break the law or assist others in doing so.
  • Generate or distribute harmful, abusive or illegal content.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or attack the underlying infrastructure.

4. Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis as shown on the pricing page or in your account. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Fees are charged in advance for the upcoming billing period.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the period.

5. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the content you upload to FAQBot. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

All rights in the FAQBot platform itself (including the software, branding and design) are owned by Gator Labs Limited or its licensors.

6. Limitation of liability

FAQBot is provided on an "as is" basis. While we aim for high availability and accuracy, we do not guarantee that answers will always be correct or that the service will be uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gator Labs Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of FAQBot.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the bottom of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-app.
